  • Only approved dealers may view pricing and place orders.
  • All registration details must be accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at our discretion.
• Credentials
  • Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Products, Orders & Payments

• Product Information
  • We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing but do not guarantee they are error-free.
• Ordering
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion.
• Pricing & Payment
  • All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. 
  • Accepted methods: major credit cards, ACH, or other payment options displayed at checkout.
  • You authorize us or our processor to charge your chosen method for all purchases.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Coverage: We ship to approved B2B locations in the U.S. and select regions abroad.
• Estimates: Delivery dates are approximate.
• Risk Transfer: Title and risk pass to you once we hand the shipment to the carrier. You must file any damage/loss claims with them.

6. Returns & Credits

All returns, exchanges, and credits follow our B2B Return Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by INOZETEK or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written permission.

8. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

14. Governing Law & Venue

These ToS are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
