WILL-CALL ORDER PICKUP

All will-call orders are available for in-person pickup at the times listed below once you place your order.

  • Order placed after 8:30 AM: Pickup same day at 1:30 PM
  • Order placed after 1:00 PM: Pickup same day at 4:30 PM
  • Order placed after 4:00 PM: Pickup next day at 9:30 AM


All orders must be picked up in person. No Uber or third-party services are available for will-call.

  • Rolls must be unused, uncut, and re-taped in the original position.
  • Package must include the original box.

Restocking Fees


  • No fee for unopened rolls.
  • Damaged, un-re-taped, or partially cut rolls incur a restocking fee based on the loss.

Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Shipping is only covered for verified defective rolls.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
